By accessing or using HEIC to PNG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HEIC to PNG is a free, browser-based tool that converts HEIC/HEIF image files to PNG or JPG format. All conversion happens locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to any server.

3. Usage Limits

To ensure fair use and service stability, the following limits apply:

Up to 20 files per batch
Up to 25 MB per file
Up to 100 MB of input per batch

4. Your Files

You retain full ownership and rights to your files. All conversion is performed locally in your browser. We never access, store, or transmit your files.

5. Output and compatibility

Conversion results can vary with the source file, browser, device memory, and supported image features. Please review converted files before relying on them for archival, professional, legal, or other important uses.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by HEIC to PNG and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices and browsers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEIC to PNG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
Use automated tools to access the Service
Remove or modify any copyright notices

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
